BNKR. Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking or using any services offered by BNKR Golf Sim. By submitting a booking request or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

BNKR Golf Sim provides mobile golf simulator rentals for private events, corporate functions, parties, fundraisers, and other gatherings throughout Chicagoland. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by BNKR.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A 25% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve your event date. Bookings are not considered confirmed until this deposit is received.

  • The remaining balance (75%) is due in full no later than 7 days before the scheduled event date.

  • If a booking is made within 7 days of the event date, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.

  • Online payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

  • All prices are in USD. Pricing is subject to change and will be confirmed in your booking quote.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 21 days before the event: full deposit refunded.

  • 14–21 days before the event: the deposit is forfeited; no further amount is owed.

  • 7–14 days before the event: 50% of the total booking amount is due, regardless of cancellation.

  • Fewer than 7 days before the event: 100% of the total booking amount is due. No refund will be issued.

    These percentages apply to the total booking amount regardless of what has already been paid. If the amount collected so far (e.g., the 25% deposit) is less than what's owed under the applicable tier, the difference is charged at cancellation; if more has been paid than required, the excess is refunded.

  • Failure to pay the final balance by the 7-day deadline is treated the same as a client cancellation inside 7 days: 100% of the total booking amount becomes due and non-refundable, whether or not the client formally cancels.

  • BNKR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to equipment failure, weather, or circumstances outside our control. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered at no penalty to the client.

  • Full cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms are also set out in our Release Waiver, which governs in the event of any conflict with this section.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking with BNKR, the client agrees to:

  • Provide an adequate and safe space for simulator setup as communicated prior to the event.

  • Ensure that all guests using the simulator do so responsibly and follow the guidance of our on-site attendant.

  • Ensure access to the venue is available at the agreed-upon setup time.

  • Be responsible for any damage to BNKR equipment caused by misuse or negligence.

5. Liability

BNKR Golf Sim is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our equipment or services, except where caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct. Clients use the simulator at their own risk. BNKR's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.bnkrgolfsim.com, including logos, text, and images, is the property of BNKR Golf Sim. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
